What are the different ways I can buy a home from Living Well Real Estate Investments and what is the criteria for being approved to rent to own?
There are basically 3 ways to buy a home from Living Well Real Estate Investments, LLC.
Option 1, By obtaining a loan (Mortgage). We work with
several local mortgage companies, banks and homeownership assistance programs to
utilize every possible avenue to get you approved to own your own home. FHA,
VA, MSHDA, Metro Housing, are just some of the avenues you may
qualify to take. In many cases you can get in for no money down even with
damaged credit. Note: you are not obligated to use one of the programs we may
recommend, you may seek your own financing with a lender of your choice. Option 2, Rent to own. First we want you to understand that the homes that are being offered as rent to own are for sale and selling is our objective. If you wish to only rent and not to buy please view these properties by clicking on Properties for Rent Only (availability varies). If you do want to buy but are unsure of your ability or have reason to believe you won't qualify for a mortgage at this time our rent to own program might be an option for you. Our specialty is tearing down the barriers that stand in the way of home ownership. For example; in specific situations if you needed time to save a down payment or if there were outstanding debt/s, obligation/s, collection/s and/or delinquencies on your credit report that needed to be paid and/or settled prior to you being approved for one of the mortgage programs listed above, you may be able to rent to own from us. If approved you will be able to move into the property under contract terms that offer you a low rent payment and a predetermined amount of time to satisfy these obligations so you then can move forward with a mortgage and purchase the property. If we approve you to rent to own we will work hand in hand with you as needed to assist you in conquering these obstacles. Our experience over the years has made us experts in the field of helping people realize their dream of owning their own home. If option #1 or #2 would be best for you we start by getting basic information
about you by filling out our free

most cases a credit check will be done. If you are pre-approved to rent to own then it's just
a matter of finding the right home from our inventory that will meet your
needs. You may already have a specific home in mind. In addition we will let you know at that time if we think you are ready to apply for a mortgage to buy now and if so we may refer you to a lender.
Option 3, Paying cash. In the event that you have a sufficient
amount of cash to purchase the property out right neither options #1 or 2 would
be necessary.
